How can I rent a frontload or roll-off container?

When is my frontload or roll-off container emptied?

Patriot Disposal works with our commercial, industrial, and construction companies through an on-call system where you are to notify us of when you would like your trash collected. These circumstances can also be stipulated in your contract with us should you need regular service.

What is the average turn around time from call to pickup?

The average turnaround time from when a customer calls our offices for collection to when our truck will arrive is 24 hours.

What items am I permitted to place in my roll-off or frontload container?

Our roll-off containers can be filled with regular trash, recycling, construction waste/debris, and demolition waste; while frontload containers are only permitted to accept regular trash and recycling. Patriot Disposal will not accept the following items:

  • hazardous materials
  • batteries
  • chemicals and solvents
  • medical waste
  • gasoline and/or motor oil
  • full or partially full containers of paint
  • animal carcasses
  • propane tanks

I am in need of concrete and dirt removal, what size container do I need?

Due to weight regulations, if you are looking for collection of concrete, dirt, or other heavy materials, the largest container we can offer is the 20-yard roll-off container.

What am I permitted to place in my recycling container?

Patriot Disposal follows local county recycling regulations, the below items should be placed in your recycling container un-bagged:

  • Glass: Bottles, jars
  • Metals: Aerosol cans, aluminum foil and trays (must be clean), aluminum cans
  • Paper: Books, boxes (cereal/cracker/frozen food boxes), cardboard, cartons (juice, milk), catalogs, envelopes and mail, newspapers and newspaper inserts, shredded paper, phone books
  • Hard Plastics and Lids: Bottles, buckets and pails, food containers (must be clean), jugs, plastic cups, pletes and bowls.

The following items should not be placed in your recycling container:

  • plastic bags or liners
  • coat hangers or wire
  • diapers
  • drinking glasses or dishes
  • Styrofoam cups
  • Plates
  • takeout containers or packaging
  • light bulbs
  • needles

What is your holiday collection policy?

There is no trash or recycling collection on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, or any other collection day when the refuse and recycling facilities are closed. If a designated collection day falls on one of these holidays, please visit our Holiday Schedule page under “Contact Us” to see your next scheduled collection.

In observance of Memorial Day and Labor Day, our office is closed however our crews will continue regularly scheduled trash and recycling collection.

What is your inclement weather collection policy?

Patriot Disposal will make every effort to provide services when the weather is inclement. Services will be suspended or canceled in the event that we consider the roads unsafe for travel by our vehicles. In the event that inclement weather prevents Patriot Disposal from providing service on a regularly-scheduled collection day, announcements will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter accounts. Trash collection service will resume on the next regularly-scheduled trash collection day, and recycling collection service will resume on the next regularly-scheduled recycling collection day, road conditions permitting.
