Holiday Schedule 2023-2024 — Residential Collection

THANKSGIVING DAY (THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 23rd):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• PRINCE WILLIAM, FAUQUIER, FAIRFAX AND LOUDOUN COUNTY RESIDENTS (except for residents in the Town of Leesburg):
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, November 25th.
• TOWN OF LEESBURG RESIDENTS ONLY:
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, November 24th.
  • Friday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, November 25th.

CHRISTMAS DAY (MONDAY, DECEMBER 25th):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• ALL RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS (including residents in the Town of Leesburg) – ALL SERVICES FOR THE WEEK WILL BE MOVED ONE DAY TO THE RIGHT:
  • Monday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Tuesday, December 26th.
  • Tuesday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Wednesday, December 27th.
  • Wednesday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Thursday, December 28th.
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, December 29th.
  • Friday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, December 30th.

NEW YEAR’S DAY (MONDAY, JANUARY 1st):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• ALL RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS (including residents in the Town of Leesburg) – ALL SERVICES FOR THE WEEK WILL BE MOVED ONE DAY TO THE RIGHT:
  • Monday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Tuesday, January 2nd.
  • Tuesday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Wednesday, January 3rd.
  • Wednesday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Thursday, January 4th.
  • Thursday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, January 5th.
  • Friday’s regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, January 6th.

CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION:

• Christmas trees will be collected during the first 2 weeks of January on your yard waste collection day. If you don’t know what your yard waste collection day is, please contact your HOA Office or our customer service department.
• All tinsel and decorations must be removed, and trees should not be placed in plastic bags.

If a tree is placed curbside for collection on yard waste collection day and is not picked up, please advise residents to LEAVE IT OUT at the curb and collection will be completed as soon as possible.

  • Once-weekly customers will be serviced on another day during the week.
  • Commercial customers with more than once-weekly pickup will not have service on Thursday, November 23rd. Trash/recycling services will resume on your next-regularly scheduled pickup day.

CHRISTMAS DAY (MONDAY, DECEMBER 25th):

Our office will be closed, and no services will be provided.

• ALL COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:
  • Once-weekly customers will be serviced on another day during the week.
  • Commercial customers with more than once-weekly pickup will not have service on Monday, December 25th. Trash/recycling services will resume on your next-regularly scheduled pickup day.
