Just wanted to send you a note of thanks from my two kids who wake up every Monday, Tuesday and Friday so excited to see their truck and drivers. The drivers are so kind to them – always waving and honking and making them smile! They wait at the window and scream with joy when the truck comes by. Thanks for all you do.

I want to compliment Patriot Disposal on the two gentlemen who take care of my trash collection, yard collection, and recycling. I apologize for not learning their names. I have never seen such individuals who hustle so greatly and are very efficient in performing their jobs. The few times I have been outside when they come through the neighborhood they always have a great smile on their face and provide me a friendly wave. You have two great employees and I hope they continue to be the individuals who service my neighborhood. I could not ask for any better service.

Just wanted to give a high five to our collectors that service Lake Braddock community. Not only did they do a drive through yesterday (unscheduled day) since we havent been serviced in awhile.. but today’s bins were collected and they lined it up so our walk way wouldn’t be blocked 🥰

Just a quick note of appreciation for a job well done. I am sure the trash disposal business is a tough job and kudos hard to come by. But I wanted to say thank you to the crew serving my home, especially this day of torrential rain. On my return home I found both of my trash barrels emptied, upright, and covered with their lids to prevent them from filling with rain. I very much appreciated that touch of superior service.

Truck 508 just emptied our trash at Del Webb Montebello Flats what a great job – emptied both containers (he had to move small one to get to it) and picked up boxes that had not been put in containers. Plus he closed the gate on his way. Kudos for a job well done!!!!

I want to give a compliment to the guys doing our recycling pickup. My husband forgot to put our cardboard out this morning and ran it outside. Our house had already been picked up, but the truck had to swing by our house again to leave the neighborhood. They saw we had our cardboard and stopped again and picked it up for us. That really was above and beyond service because they didn’t need to. The guys from your company are always the nicest. Thanks for the great job they do!

Today was our neighborhood’s recycling collection day. It has been very windy for several days. Many people on my court put their recycling bins and boxes/bags out for pick up last night. Along with the bins there were lots of boxes (some broken down as is requested) and others simply left at the collection site filled with packing material.
This morning I could see lots of recycling debris in the street including large cardboard boxes and packing material. Plastic bottles were under cars and several cans and plastic containers were blown into the storm drain.
I happened to be returning home at about 1:00 today as the Patriot truck was moving through our neighborhood. I watched the Patriot team collect all of the recycling from the designated collection points on my court including much that was scattered nearby. Then as the driver moved the truck to the next collection point the other team members walked and picked up much of the debris that had blown well beyond the designated pick-up area.
I want to thank the team that came to my neighborhood, Park West Community today, specifically Malone Court. The extra effort is appreciated.

I had some concerns with my trash pickup so I called Patriot Disposal and spoke with the customer service representative named Lisa. She was amazing! She listened to my concerns and worked through them with a positive outcome. Later in the day she followed up with a phone call reassuring me that everything had been taken care of. This may only be a five star rating but she’s a twenty in my book!
